BEACH BOUND | Residential New Build Interior Design | Berlin, Maryland
Nestled within the prestigious Glen Riddle Golf Community in Berlin, we had the privilege of furnishing and decorating this custom-built residence. The homeowners, having relocated from Annapolis, now enjoy breathtaking marsh and coastal bay views from every window and balcony. Embracing a minimalist, modern aesthetic, the design intentionally moves away from the traditional coastal color palette of blues and sand tones. Throughout the home, walls are painted in Sherwin-Williams Light French Gray, creating a cool yet inviting atmosphere. To balance the cool tones, we strategically incorporated warm elements, such as a pony-hair rug, an ebony-finished oak veneer coffee table, and commercial-grade black vinyl kitchen stools.
